REFUND POLICY
Return and Refund Policy:
We are here to create a better furniture shopping experience for our customers, and we have created a 10-day return policy if the furniture gets defective within 10 days of the delivery date. All you need to do is to keep the original packing with you. And we do expect the product not to be misused in the return window timeframe. If you need help, our team is here for you.

Note: For returns, customers must print the shipping labels required for our logistics partner. This is mandatory as our products are shipped in multiple boxes, and logistics partners cannot distinguish between separate boxes without these labels. Since these labels are generated after a return initiation, customers need to print them.

Return Eligibility

Products must be in our original condition to be eligible for return (e.g., no stains, tears, or other soiling including odors). Accepting returns is at the sole discretion of Abbaji Interiors' judgment of the state of the Products. We have the reserves the right to refuse any returns.
Abbaji Interiors may request descriptions and images of the Products to determine the state of the Products before accepting returns. Failure to comply with requests by Abbaji Interiors may result in our refusal of the return. Failure to complete the returns process within 1 week of being provided instructions from Abbaji Interiors may result in our refusal of the return.

Products from outside of India are not eligible for return.

Customers may return a maximum of 1 of each particular Product per initial order, validated by a customer name or shipping address.

If at least one of a particular Product type is returned from an initial order, that customer or shipping address will not be eligible for additional 15-day trials on subsequent orders of that particular Product (i.e. if you return a Couch, you will not be suitable for 15-day trials on future orders).
IMPORTANT: Please note that if your returned item does not meet the conditions described above, Abbaji Interiors cannot accept your item and it will not be eligible for a refund.
