SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Locations:

We currently offer shipping services to PAN India. However, no cash on delivery is available at the moment.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Our products are typically dispatched within 5-7 days of order confirmation (this would be confirmed by the Abbaji Interiors customer success team at the time of order processing), and depending on your location the delivery date would be updated. Services (if any) related to the product will be provided after delivery. You will receive a notification once the product is dispatched. For pre-orders, the estimated delivery time is 7-15 days, with the shipping date indicated on the product page.

Shipping Charges:

Shipments are free of charge, and any additional charges or entry taxes will be informed to the buyer by their email address when ordering. In exceptional cases where we agree to deliver to non-serviceable pin codes, transportation/shipping costs will be borne by you, but we do cover 25,000+ pin codes in India.

Order Tracking:

To check your order status, sign up at www.abbajiinteriors.com. We aim to deliver your product within 5 days in Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, and 7 to 10 days outside said location. We proactively contact you in case of any delays.

Checking Delivered Products:

  • Upon delivery, please inspect the product for:

  • Breakages, cracks, chip-offs, or infestations on external surfaces.

  • Dust or lack of shine (correctable with wood polish or cloth).

  • Proper assembly (nuts and bolts present and fitting well for assembly-required products).

  • Stability (even legs and no wobbling for all products).

  • Structure stability (especially for seating products).

  • Internal areas (should not have loose pieces/splinters).

  • Natural qualities in wood (grain patterns, knots, and differences in hardwood products).

  • Expansion during summer months (normal for hardwood products)

  • Damaged Product email us at abbajiinteriors@gmail.com In case of a damaged product, report it immediately to the delivery personnel as well as calling us at +91 9920655475 or by WhatsApp, or text SMS.

  • Our team will assess the damage within 2 business days and provide a repair or replacement based on the degree of damage.

Order Cancellation:

You can cancel your order before delivery by logging into your account and selecting the 'Request cancellation' option. Refunds are as per our policy. Cancellation at the time of delivery is allowed, except for made-to-order (MTO) products. Cancellation after delivery is not allowed. You can choose to return the product within the permissible return window.

Cancellation Fees:

There is no cancellation fee for regular orders. For MTO products, the advance order fee paid will be forfeited if you cannot accept the delivery.
